Angry My bike looks CRAP!

I have this bike that is really scruffy and covered in scratches. It is also made by excel (CRAP). If anybody would have any idea on how to get rid of these scratches, could they please tell me and if i have to buy something please tell me. Also would it be possible to peel of my excel sticker on the side of my bike and buy maybe a saracen or scott or raleigh sticker to stick on the side if so were do i buy it from.

You can buy stickers that would have the name of bike brands.

For about $500au you can get you bike sand blasted, then re-sprayed.

I think you would much better of just buying a new bike from kmart for about $100-$200au because it doesnt sound like this one is much loved.

btw: you buy stickers like raleigh etc from bike shops.

Um, I said rice, not race.
Surely that's not just an Australian term?

I've never looked for them myself but you could try your local bike shops as Twisties suggested. I've also seen bike decals listed on eBay.
And if you can't find Saracen, Scott or Raleigh, perhaps you could look for "Type R".

Pinarello or Derosa might send you some.

The cannondale stickers look pretty plain , just get a graphics printer/signmaker to print you up some stickers saying cannondale.

I'm sure if you enquire at a bike shop they'll point you in some direction.
But seriously. Scratches look great

How about a sticker that says: "My other bike is a Litespeed" or whatever your favourite brand is.

I say fix you're bike up Pee Wee Herman style and really blow people away! Don't forget to add some Dura Lace and Carpet Fibre.

I like wamara's suggestion. And anything that makes lots of noise will take away from noticing the scratches.

Do you really like this bike that much?

LMAO! Rice bike? Are you referring to what I think you are?

For those not in the know, a ricer is a car that sucks, but has a bunch of stickers on it saying something like "HONDA V-TEC", usually on a car completely different, like a ford.

Woo, got a kick out of that one.
