Thats funny The framers knew that gov't had to be payed for. (unlike the current fascist administration who spends more than it takes in ) Guess grover norquist never got wind of this. i'd like to know, how many con's, in this box, don't use any taxpayer funded projects (roads, airports, telephone lines, dams, water reservoirs, mail delivery, ect, ect...) Well, now you do. No thanks needed Those who don't question the action of these wacko's (Robertson/Dobson etal.) endorse them. Least ways, thats how the law is in Virginia-complicity=accesory to the crime ![]()

THAT my lying friend, was NOT the local official's doing, but was ordered from Karl "Himmler" Rove, who was put in charge of the Federal response after Brown quit. You might be aware of this if you'd stop listening to assholes like Rush "I dig painkillers!" Limbaugh & Faux News. But as per usual for Chimp supporters, you won't let the facts stand in your way.

Wrong again, as usual. Since you live the 'undisclosed fantasy land' you don't know that the National Guard falls under the command of the state governor, who is a democrap. There is no way, except in you narrow, elitist mind, that this could be disputed. Also, the dozens of 55 passenger school buses, that were left to flood instead of transporting 1000s of people to safety, were under the control of the city mayor, another democrap. These are the facts. Prove me wrong. Not your normal conspiracy crap. Not the "My local leftist newspaper said this..." Prove these facts wrong. The local and state governments, with warning, did little and let these people die. Why did your democraps allow these people to die?

You're disputing my assertions that aid was turned away by the Fed's as I have pointed out?

Revenue has to come from somewhere. Where do you stand on the military (past & present expenditures) taking the lions share [>50%] of revenue's collected. Bush/Cheney/Scooter is using them as their "personal army", to settle grudges, amassing huge debt. I don't have a prob w/ the military only the current repub. admin. using them for a voluntary war based on fabricated info Death toll for U.S. troops in Iraq reaches 2,000 http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9772398/

Oh, you mean those brave gun-slingers Bush, Cheney, Rove, et al? The ones that either deserted the military or got deferments to get out of serving in Vietnam? Funny how their policies today don't reflect the chicken-livered convictions of their youth.

In which case they ain't liberal by definition. Perverts and ignorant gobshites ascribe the inverse meanings to plain English words. I trust that you don't want to sound like a Pervert or an Ignorant Gobshite... ![]() |

But the result is the same: they turn history and definitions on their heads. For example: 9/11 is SADDAM HUSSEIN MILITARY OCCUPATION is REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY DEFICIT is PROSPERITY TORTURE is COOL "BROWNIE, YOU'RE DOING A GOOD JOB" ...and the latest gem, spewed by Sen. K.B. Hutchinson (R-TX): PERJURY is TECHNICALITY Orwell, anyone?![]()

That "PERJURY is TECHNICALITY" takes the cake Thats akin to saying: ITS NOT ILLEGALITY WHEN WE ARE THE LAWBREAKERS You forgot: IT'S NOT FASCISM WHEN WE (GOP) DO IT. Incidentally, I like the pic of Rummy from evilGOPBastards.com ![]()

They are both tbh. I try to give CR the benefit of the doubt because occasionally he shows some ability to do some thinking. Quote:
Only when a fat millionaire with friends in high places does it. If a black kid committed perjury by denying that he stole a loaf of bread he would be looking at hard time. A few short years ago a British politician, Jeffery Archer, went to jail for committing perjury. However he was allowed out of the prison to conduct business, have executive lunches etc. So in practice while he did suffer a little hardship - he didn't really lose much freedom. Argueably he had *more* freedom than a minimum wage worker. So as far as Jeffery Archer was concerned, Perjury was a technicality, it slowed him down a little but didn't put too much of a crimp in his lifestyle. |
