The Tartan Army, the official Scotland supporters club were voted by FIFA as the best behaved football fans in the world.!
thats why i hate it when people say 'british' football fans are the most violent and dangerous. They mean English.. Quote:

He told me that's the way they dress for the big matches and he has never had altercations with other fans. Lw

It's MLS Lim, we have a'ways to go. It's good soccer and very South American style but relies on individual athleticism and not fundamentals and team concept (in my opinion). Landon Donavan played for the Quake's , he would be the only player you might recognize on this team. I think he played to Bayer Leverkusen for as well. Lw

There has been an injustice at Old Trafford. Even Fergy reckons that Barnet were treated unfairly.

Now, you mention it...Ronaldo, Ronaldhino, Rivaldo, Rivelino, Romario...What's up with that? I think they like the sound of it Wow, you know Belgian beers, cyclocross and even the Flemish Lion flag! That's unusual for Americans, but then again you're a cycling fan Lot's of US riders come here to become professionals, Lemond being the most famous one.... The cyclocross season till know has been very much a showdown between Sven Nys and Bart Wellens...the other ones are way out of their league. Hopefully some other riders will start winning too, to make things more exciting, perhaps when the weather starts becoming worse... well i'm off to a typical American thing: a Halloween party! (tough i think it's a celtic/Irish tradition). It's gotten very popular here these last 10 years. Anyways I'll start off with some duvels and chimays, them some stella's and finish with jupilers, off course. cheers! |

True! English (or a part of them) supporters can be so nationalistic, like they think they still dominate the world or something. When they played the Germans, they shouted at them how England won the war and on the other hand alot of the English were making Hitler greets in the street....makes no sense at all Anyway, they did most of they're fighting with the Arabs, which they thought were Turks, because 2 English were stabbed in Turkey a few weeks before the cup. |

Chelsea supporters tend to come from West and South of the River Londoners. They've won nowt for 50 years, until Abramovic pumped them up with untold wealth. They have no pedigree in terms of support or success.

I'm surprised that guys like Vervecken and Groenendaal (Dutch champion) haven't done better in the first 2 World Cup outings, but you're right - the courses have been dry for CX. What we need is some real mud and slime to even out the prospects, but there's still a ways to go yet. And what about those Czech's? Watch out for them! Happiness is: a new Ridley and a 12'er of Stella. Oh hail yass!
