21.5 miles each way. I only do it 1-2 times a week, though. Saturdays I do a 30-50 mile training ride. So, I'm riding 2-3 times a week. Takes just under 90 minutes to get to work on a Trek 7300 hybrid/comfort bike. It's faster going home - last Wednesday, I averaged 16.0 MPH. The first time I did it, I averaged 13.2.

I'm looking for a "real" road bike - I should be able to cut down on the time a bit....

6.8 miles.

I was a long-haul trucker for the last 10 years, and I think I last rode a bike in 1993. (I was an avid cyclist/racer from '75 to '92 though- back when a 12 speed was a big deal and tubulars were sew-ups and we did our shifting on the down tubes)
My diabetes got out of control in the trucking and the feds kicked me off the road. So I land in Dallas with no home and no car, but I have a job there. I find a cheap apartment near work and buy a "bike" at Wal-Mart.
Oh man! Those first three weeks hurt! If I had a car there would be no way that I would commute on a bike. But if I wasn't forced to exercise, I wouldn't do it at all, and my health demanded it.
But with my first paycheck I put a regular handlebar on it (Ditching the MTB bar) and put on a set of clip-less pedals. That was a necessary move, but it felt like putting a gold collar on an ugly dog.
Now, about 8 weeks into this, I have to take longer and longer routes to work in order to exercise enough. Since I started, Texas has gotten a lot flatter! My shift is 6pm to 4am so I do half my commute in the dark.
I found that a messenger bag works perfect for me. Lots of room for those grocery runs!
I have fallen in love with cycling again, and I have no plans to get a car.
I found that I had to alter my route because of dogs. They are not as well behaved at 4am as they are in the evening. Every time I alter my route, it takes the dogs about three nights to clue in to my schedule, and then they are ready to ambush me.
Cheers all!

It's about 3.7 miles to work, so home-to-work-to-home is a 7 1/2 mile-ish commute.

However, when weather allows, my wife drops off the bike trailer at day care, and I swing 4 miles to daycare and do another 4+ towing my daughter home. So right now it's about 12 miles.

Used to be, I could beat the bus home on my bike; 9 miles one way, then. I've since transferred locations w/ the company, and I'm 2 miles away now. I only ride the 2 miles when the weather's bad. When it's good, I jack it up to anywhere from 4-1/2 to 9, depending on which 'scenic route' I decide to take.
