And to come back to House.......dude personal threats are not nice, however you were the one who always said he was a coward and puppy and making ad homium attacks.........I mean there are 2 sides to a story and there were definitely 2 sides to the story of you guys!

BTW I support ajax........

Huge difference between calling someone a coward for not stepping up to a verbal challenge to provide proof, calling someone my puppy because he comes running when called and giving back the ad hominum attacks (he whined about but did in almost every post) and making repeated physical threats. If you can't understand this then you are as deluded as Flyer was.

He's Gone, History, Move on and have intelligent discussions about doping where people answer questions and don't attack everyone who doesn't agree with them 100%

When I said "legal intervention" I was meaning the Forum administrators may have reviewed their position.

There was a legal case where defamation proceedings on internet material succeeded as it was held the jurisdiction to prosecute the case was where the material was downloaded not where it was uploaded. ISPs and Forums have legal protection is some countries, like USA, but not in others, like UK.

A usenet forum, in that case the ISP where the postings were stored, was successfully sued in the UK as it failed to take action against a poster who was publishing defamatory material in a forum.

I would have expected that the Forum through its moderators and/or administrator would have warned Flyer. But he was a passionate, off-the-rails, zealous anti-drugs crusader who was not concerned whether his statements could be proven to be true. The defence against defamation is the truth.

Here are the forum rules of another doping topic forum who obviously recognise their legal position:
