Im with James EAS products are in my eyes way overpriced for what they are!!!!!
If you are really serious go to your local university, head to the nutrition books and read about the amount of protein, carbs etc are in food groups, you will be quietly amazed.
Look up pumpkin seeds these are loaded with amino's.....!

However when you are racing and training all day food intake is hard and relying on liquid food is all you have plus bars etc.
I have found and swear by the stuff ensure plus from a pharmacy, what a winner and cheap compared to anything else for what you get.

My freinds who race pro, they eat so much Mc Donalds and crap if the truth was out I think science would change.
I must admit this stuff is snaxs to them, they still eat good meals in between the coke and fries..........Best race I had was on BK the night before......yum, yum, in my tum!!!!

Muscle or Fat?

Has it had any significant effect on your performance. Its worth testing yourself now and after some weight gain to monitor its effects.
