Over here, bikes have the same rights of the road as motorist's but, one wouldn't guess it by observing motorist's open animosity towards cyclist's . You are correct that "weaving" is a practice that can be dangerous/illegal.

I am very primative in comparison. I just use Urine filled baloons and an occassional bag of dog shit flung with great accuracy.
