Most good QBs are 6'1" plus, like Randall - Hagans is 5'10" (with shoes) and 211 lbs.! BTW - as long as I have lived, there was rarely a time that I have pulled for Tech, but now with you guys in the ACC, I will be pulling for you vs Auburn. Don't let me down now! As for Basketball, this is still a basketball conference (althought the trend is starting to shift) - all it takes is one look at the top 25 now. Good luck in N'Awlins!

For the most part, I think the club riders are larger here. I think it lends itself to the fact that Americans are larger (fatter?) than Euros. As I had stated, my best is 180 lbs, and it usually comes with regular riding. For the time being, the weights and stationary riding will have to do.

I note again that you post without telling us what were your physical endeavours this week. I guess that it is zilch again. Where are your weights cards. Don't start basket on here, it's a girls game. Right well I'm pulling for the Auburn pump ups.
Your club riders are just lazier, that's all.
How much blubber have you lost in the last week?
Don't lie about on the beach, they might think you're a stranded whale and push you back into the sea.

Sad...I suppose that is the basis of my hatred for those who juice and especially those who provide it. Yeah...don't do as I do, do as I say

back then, Deca I was told was the safer of the lot.

You "knew" him so perhaps, your opinion of him may be tainted because of it. I only vaguely remember tony. I do know that I believe he had an opportunity to step up to the plate and really make a difference concering illegal substances and he didn't...Do you have more info concering this?

Zap, I am not qualified to comment on the wrong advice you, and some of your friends may have followed from ill advised sources. Tony took the game seriously, and would not jeopardise himself, or others in the process. If idiots followed his safe advice, and then started over topping up or mixing, then it was not his business.
Quite right Deca was the safest of the lot he always said so. Now, as a sculptor, this drug might not of been much use to you as I understand it, and that is ATP (adenosine tri phoshate)
I am only disgusted by people of bad attitude and no knowledge, especially in the weights game, who sell the stuff, and don't know what the hell it all means.
As to your last point, I do believe that Tony went to Auburn as a weightlifting coach, and it was only while he was there that football reared its ugly head. The simple answer to this would be to refer to my first paragraph.
Tony is the only one who can really write about, and I hope he does.
Obviously his method worked, He's in his late 50's, and still in good health.
Thanks for all Tony, Mines a double deca, with chips.

Well,...he's got a point here.....

You don't run in a gym. I don't think you ever broke sweat lifting a palm pilot, is this the way forward. Girls putting more effort in than the male palmers who retreat to bed and do a bit more palming.

All modern bullshit again, stick to cards, leave them filed in reception. The instructor can look at them, and see where you're going in the progression stakes. He can't go round fuckin' about with gadgets and widgets. Warm up for 6-7 mins on the static bike. Then on with it, I'm sure most of the lazy bastards do one set, and go for a coffee before getting on with the next. Not you of course. Redneck, come out of the Lounge.
