I have a plan, where I work the upper body, then lower and alternate - going 3 times a week. So, some weeks will have 2 upper & 1 lower day, and the next week will have a 1 upper & 2 lower. As far as the squat lbs (as in the earlier post) I am working with 300 lbs. x 8 on the last set, but will check what the max is. I don't think that I will be getting 425 just yet, but can see it in my future. I will actually send you a running total of stuff (work outs) and you can give me some insight - I will put it in an excel sheet.

I did a search on Tony Fitton, and on Richard Tony Fitton, and found the article in Sports Illustrated where they interviewed him in prison - that's been 20 years ago! That was the only thing I found on him, though.

Or should I try creating one on excel, but what fields would I have to include, and would i include details like average speed, max/min heart rate, average cadence, ETC?

What I learn't off him was invaluable, and it has stuck. He never pushed drugs on any lifter. For example 'Shirt' could squat with 700 on a good day. He competed. Laughingly Tony said ' you could win the Nationals on lifts like that, come into the office'. He knew Shirt wouldn't touch the stuff. just a laugh.

Tony was against the type of X steroids that they prescribed as being dangerous, which in fact medical evidence has subsequently proved that they were so. Tony always worked on the mols/lb method. Your lot pumped them in like filling up the tank. What the bloody hell do you think we were doing with Martindales Pharmacoepia? Yes looking for detriments of dosage. Side effects etc.
