Yes, but I am afraid years of self indulgence with the foods I love,amoung other nicities, have conditioned me to a life of soft living.

Should I have titled this thread "Perspective and Reflection" or "Communication and Reframing" ? Oh well too late now.

Glad you enjoyed it and Jan is cool but he is getting older and for those of that have passed the mark, the realization that it gets harder every year is evident.
