Compasionate conservatism~
"god says, 'earth is yours. Take it. RAPE it. It's yours." -Ann coulter "Feminism was established so as to allow unatractive women easier access to the mainstream society!" -Rush Limbaugh "There a bunch of gutless, spineless cowards!" -Sean Hanity "Canada is a left wing, socalist basket case. What kind of friends are they?" -Sean Hanity And my favorite, "Anything [liberals] can do to bring down christianty and judaism is good for them. Because their minds are warped, because liberalism is not a philosophy, it's a mental disorder" -Michael savage It's true that if you are poor and can't afford a good lawer, your odds of going to prison skyrocket. But you know what? TOUGH!" Bill O'Reilly Ahhh yes, a compassionate bunch they are..........................RRRIIGHT. Not to mention how much they love the gays.

Thank you for your exhaustive compilation of those quotes. There is one overriding similiarity in all of those "people"( i use that term "loosely"), they're all "schills" for the right wing & a good many of them are employed by Murdoch (Australia, they should kick him out)/ Fox [Faux] & are all well of by any reasonable definition of the word. Also, whenever someone says "God is on our side"- Bush, Coulter, Bin Laden you better watch out. As far as O'reilly is concerned, did'nt he pay off a women for unwanted sexual advances so that he would'nt have to go to court. Nice man, him Just hope Bush/Cheney/"Rummy"/Delay are led out of Washington in chains ![]()

Yea, and they are a hard headed bunch too. When some one asks me why I don't like bush, I reply: "Believe you me, I could a freakin book on the subject!" well some body already did that for me. He made a movie about it to. Any way, they 1] refuse to see [or read] it and tell me a micheal moore is such a "crack pot" or what ever.
2] If they do see it, they accuse moore of being a liar and say that we are liberating iraq. [Or something of the sort] I once had a kid come up to me and say: "If kerry wins theres gona be u ww3 cuz the terrorists will get a hold of the nuclear wepons and where all gona die because if it where'nt fur our boys in iraq the terrorists would kill us. And kerry is a fagg" BIG TIME! but what can I expect, I live in ky.

Just finished reading a book about former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill "Price of Loyalty".
Shocking stuff - if what he says is true (and I suspect he is telling the truth). O'Neill served in the Ford, Reagan and Bush I, administrations. He's been around for the past 35 years or so. He's also a self made millionaire (and knowing the Merkins - this denotes some sort of status symbol). O'Neill was dismissed by Oliver the Chimp (Oliver the Chimp was a TV program on Channel 5 which told the story of "a chimp with a human-looking face, who extraordinarily, showed the ability to walk on his hind legs and other human traits" - aka George Bush) in 2002 after several policy disagreements. O'Neills book makes it clear that Oliver and his fellow chimps are completely out of control, so much so that factual information and real discourse doesn't take place at NSC, Cabinet and govermental level. You people in the USA need to stage a coup. Remove that Chimp now. |

Awww, it is so cute to see the red diaper doper babies whine and moan here. Must have been the "19 consecutive months of economic growth" news line that put you over the edge.

G'day davidmc, yes you are correct in your assertion, indeed that "Little Weasel Johnny Howard" and his mob of missfits did get back into power again? But not by my hand, "No Sir", I always try to give the other people the winning edge but the rest of the clowns who voted didn't. Most in our country don't like to be taken out of their comfort zone, and the thought of a different party getting in and making a change for the better is far to complicated for them to comprehend. So we get the same old shit over and over and over and over and over again. Our Labour Party (Democrats) in your language, are just as bad, they go through the motions but are as weak as water. The infighting that goes on within their ranks because of the little power struggling factions that want their man "To Be The One", is absolutely sickening, but they just keep on keeping on with the same old crap over and over and over AND OVER AGAIN?. Hopefully one day maybe the lights will go on in someones head and we'll see real change, I'm not holding my breath for that to happen of course. However I have always been an optimist and one never knows in a big world, what will be around the next corner. Now having said that we are at least 2000% better off here in OZ than you poor bastards in the US of A. We don't have to put up with "Herr Bush", or most of his cronies, although, we are being Merkianised very rapidly. This is due to the mindless youth of our country who think it great to act like the Merkains, with drugs, Rap Crap, all the Merkain Slang Shit they can get their stupid mouths around. Coupled with this our political leaders who like the youth don't have a mind of their own, follow what Merkia does and can't get enough of uncle sam's bullsh*t. I'm on me bloody soap box now, so watch out? Just look at the so called "Free Trade Agreement" the biggest load of Crap that Australia has got itself into in 150 years, we'll get screwed by the Merkains for sure. Only the other day "Canada" said if you want to trade with the Merkains, be prepared to be put over a barrel, because the Merkains will get you over a barrel, when ever the see fit. They also said where it come to honesty in dealing with Australia, don't turn your backs, or you'll find them pulling every dirty trick in the book. If Australia tries one over the Merkains, they will cry foul and run around calling for lawyers to sue your arses off? Now is that the way to do business of course not, the Sugar Farmers here are already behind the "Eight Ball" they get A$168.00 a ton for raw sugar on the openmarket (no government subsidy for our blokes). The Merkain Sugar Farmers get a subsidised $640.00 per ton, who pays the subsidy the Merkain Government? Our government talk about a level playing field, it's a bloody joke, for our end of the trade it's a "Big Uphill Battle" from the "Word Go" and I haven't even mentioned the phamaceutical industry yet. That is one we are going to have to watch very carefully, there are so many "Enormous Merkain Giants" just waiting to put the boot in, that we will be fighting a losing battle against them as well. I give up, I'm going to bed, I spent the day cruising the "Tweed River" today, with a few friends, we had a great day and I'm feeling a trifle tired because I had to rise at 4.30am this morning to get down to the jetty at the Tweed River to board the Launch by 8.30am. Morning tea was served at 10am sharp, the girl's provided Scones with Cream and Jam, Coffee or Tea whichever one fancied. We had a sea food lunch, King Prawns, Moreton Bay Bugs, Oysters and Abalone, all served up with green salad, and washed down with Chardoney. Sweets were a selection of Fresh Friut's, Mangoes, Cherry's, Grapes, Strawberry's and Pavlova with Ice Cream. On the way back it was so cosy we all nearly fell asleep with the gentle rocking of the Launch, our afternoon was almost ruined as one of the "Rich Arses" lit a "Bloody Stinking Cigar", just because he owns the bloody boat he thinks he can do what he likes, even with the fifteen knot breeze blowing it stunk the Launch out so much, we decided to throw him over board. I guess it was a bit beyond a joke with him lighting up, the captain was driving, so really it was pretty safe. However we got into strife because we did it under the watchful eye of the Water Police Patrol Boat, we didn't know they were just behind the sand island and saw the whole thing. Needles to say, they took a very dim view of the whole affair, even though we offered them some of the lunch which they refused. Bloody spoil sports, they followed us back to the berth before they too turned around and disappeared into the bright blue yonder. We couldn't understand all the fuss, because we didn't scratch the boat, Roddy only got wet, and he keeps a couple of spare changes of clobber on board for such contingency's, we weren't really drunk and we certainly weren't driving the boat, that's what he pays the captain to do. The girls thought it was fun, as Roddy usually chucks one or two of them into the drink every time we go out anyway. All in all it was a good day, I'm looking forward to February when we are going to do it all again, as I said davidmc, I reckon I'm better off than you poor bastards any day of the week? Keep the wheels in motion and don't look back unless it's to see who you dropped on the last climb? TBC. |

Hey Glickstein - if your economy is growing, how come the trade deficit is increasing, the federal deficit is increasing, your dollar value decreasing ? 19 consecutive months growth - indeed. You and your filthy lies. What is it with your lot ? Why do you constantly lie ? No wonder people hate your kind - you can never be trusted. |

Other than that, Bush; a "so called" conservative is spending us (The U.S.) into the poor-house !!! Is that what "compassionate conservative" means?- Appointing right wing, litmus test, judges on the one hand & spending more money than a "liberal on crack" on the other hand Nice going Oliver ("Chimp Boy") ![]()

Yes "Little Johnny" is probably more competent than our "Oliver the Chimp". As Lim pointed out, former officials such as Gen. Clark, among other's; are crying foul inre: "Oliver's" disastrous decisions he & his "yes men" have made. I may disagree w/ you on free trade because w/o it, less fortunate countries get left behind-literally. You are correct on the outdated sugar subsidy enjoyed here, by a select few. Do a google on the "Fanjul's" (Bros.) company in Florida. They are fabulously wealthy solely for the reason of our political opportunism perpetrated against Cuba which no longer has any relevance. I could write a few paragraph's on Florida but it's all well known (Jeb Bush/ Katherine Harris)

You make a good point about throwing money around. I think it is interesting that indonesia had to suspend their war after the tsunami & these people are dangerously close to Oz (al-qaeda orchestrated terrorist attacks in Indonesia are worth noting, they have plenty of muslims) Now we're going to shower money on them The peace keeping buisiness is only half of our GDP (our military-past & present expenditures) but it is a small price to pay to "run the planet". It has far more to do w/ running the planet than protecting others Zap.

Well it's tough on those people affected by the Tsunami, and help is needed desperately. Now that is a good cause in helping the planet along. Unlike the warmongering at will proliferated by Bush and his cronies. Now does anyone out there think that Bush will not last his full term this time?
