G'day Again, My latest source of information Channel 9 News, is that today Wednesday 22 Decenber, this morning was 19 Merkain troops were blown up while eating their dinner. First reports were that it was a mortar attack but later the reporter said it was a bomb planted in the mess area and remotely detonated from outsdide the compound. 8 IRAQI civilians were also killed and the attack was claimed by some Islamic website (?) to be their own handy work.

The sh*t gets deeper by the day, the interim president said it will "Not Stop the January Democratic Elections". I take it that is a joke, Democratic my arse, it boils down to who ever is prepared to kill more people so they can have a bigger say in how the country is run. Some Suni day the Shi-ite will hit the fan.

When "Madman Hussein" was in power he would have cut off their heads, with him gone a political vacuum has emerged, "Uncle George" will fix it?

I reckon he should personally get out there take charge and show 'em who's boss, "TEN GALLON HAT DIPLOMACY", give him a couple of days he'll have them durned Iraqi insurgents eating out of his hand or hat?

He'll only need to swagger down them streets with his hat low over his eyes and a couple of "Bunker Busters" under each arm, and watch out pardner, He'll have them running for cover, well, that's how it happens in the movies don' it.

I read somewhere or heard via the "cats whisker" that He, G.W. just got awarded the most (*&^*$#@&**) fantastic man on the planet or something or another. It was awarded by a journal or news paper, I think it's owned by the "Bush Family Dinasty".

They also mentioned that other recipients of the same award were amongst others "Adolf Hitler". I also noted about a month or two back that G.W.'s Grandfather was financier of the late Mr Hitler, at about the time he Jackbooted Poland, we all know what his agenda or excuse was, to clean up Europe, didn't Mr hitler ask the nice Jewish people to go find somwhere else to live.

Hystory is still repeating itself, "Funny How" the peole in charge never learn by the previous mistakes of those who have gone before. I say funny how, (but it's really Sad How)

Tiresome I know and where will it all end, that Cunning Bastard Bin Laden is up to something you can bet your boots on it. Don't frequent any big night spots in your town over the Christmas Holidays. Especially if you live in ?

Sorry about that, have a Merry Christmas and an even better New Year than last.

By the way I heard that Bin Laden is going to masquerade as Santa this year after all he has a nice grey beard, he can strap something around his belly to give the rotund appearance and Ho! Ho! Ho!

So watch how you open your stocking presents, you never know what comes down the chimney these days?TBC

Obscenely rich greedy people start a war based on a lie and kill thousands, but you can go to prison for smoking a joint? The world revolves around money. I think they should leave bush, dick, and the rest of his adm. in the middle of iraq with no clothes on, and see what happens. Ha Ha!

what ever happened to the old medaeval ideal where the king would lead his army into battle...

i once met a yank that said,
'hey, i'm Scotch!!' and after the obligatory remark about them being an alcoholic drink i said....'okay then, lets hear it' with a due sense of boredom...

'yeah dude, i cant trace my family back to Robert the Bruce'...(this was straight after Braveheart was released, of course)..

'really' i said, 'no one in Scotland can do that, congratulations...'

'so youre French then?' i said.
'HELL NO!!, i am Scotch, i am not one of those unwashed surrender pigs'
'Bruce was French' i said...
'NO...he was Scotch' the dandy yank replied.
'its funny how you can trace your history back 750 years to Bruce and not continue a couple of generations more to find out that he was infact decended from the Norman lords.'

needless to say thier entire life was shattered...but at least they are not living a lie and a little more ignorace has left merica.

yanks....you gotta love them, right?.....

right?

Mountainpro, Laddy you're a hard cruel man, how could you do such a thing?

If you had used your brains laddy, you could have been drinking his money away all night.

It's the nature of the merkains to try to justify their existance, mostly because they feel inadequate when it come to hystory.

Many years ago a merkain company bought the old "London Bridge" when the new one was being built. Don't ask me who, but someone must be able to say?

They took it apart stone by stone marked each stone with a number and shipped it back stateside where it was supposed to be rebuilt somewhere in a desert?

However I was told by a brother in law who worked on the project planning/construction at that time, that the merkains were under the impression that they were buying the "Tower Bridge".

Just goes to show yer mate, they're a smart lot, as you know.

Incidentally did I mention my late uncle six times removed (by truck of course) was "The Bruce Himself"? Y*&$#(*@#@$& ?

My family can be traced back to 1742 where according to our family tree, and the records of course, we arrive as Norman's raping and pillaging the poor bastards who lived on the East Coast (ESSEX) at the time.
No kidding, one of my cousins does the geneology thing and sends me a list every year at Christmas.

Them's were the days, pity it's all too politically correct today, talk about unwashed pigs, now that's the bit I couldn't stand, I love a good shower and my meat served up on a golden edged plate? Throw Back to Royalty I guess?

Thanks for that, have a Very Good Christmas and an Even Better New Year.

Keep the wheels in motion and don't look back unless it's to see who you droppped on that last climb? TBC

Invented the kilt !
That's the best one yet - I nearly fell off my seat when I read this one.

I don't know - they might mean well these people, but they ought to check their facts before coming out with rubbish about Queen Victoria and kilts.
I presume they watched that film with Billy Connolly when he played Mr.Brown to Britains Queen Victoria and got the wrong end of the stick completely.

I have met a few people from the USA over here in my time.
The come back to visit "the auld sod" - and to see where their forefathers came from.
Most of them are smart enough to simply shut up and listen, before making any pronoucements.
Which is 99% of them.

Have a good Christmas and Hogmanay (I miss dear old Andy Stewart on the TV on New Years Eve).

Even drug dealers are giving up on the dollar.
http://www.slate.com/Default.aspx?id=2111504&GT1=5986 This, in no small part, due to bush's ill advised foriegn adventures/escapades. He's really bloodied himself & the U.S.'s image (& economy). I think an impeachment is in order. What say you?

G'day davidmc, mate you poor bastard, I just read that article you included in your last post. Whatever you do don't panic, don't do anything drastic except maybe look at migrating to Australia, if your prepared to get off your butt and work you will get on here.

This is the lucky country and I kid you not, and if you do come to live here, you can pile the shit on the Merkains the same as we do, and laugh all the way to the bank in the process?

As for G.W. as you know he's part of the "Old Boy Network" and usually they close ranks to protect their own, but when the ship hits the sand, someone over there will smell a rat and get a movement going to get shot of him, before he does any more damage.

Maybe if your lucky you'll only have to wait a short time, keep your fingers crossed but don't, I say Don't panic.

Keep the wheels in motion and don't look back unless it's to see who you dropped on that last climb? TBC

You are correct, me & many American's like me are in dire straits due to Bush, Delay, Cheney, ect...& their ill conceived gov't busting plans. The only "chink in the armour" of your plan (emigration) is that you blokes reelected a conservative too, no?

Dire Straits, can't help but Rossi from Status Quo lives around the corner, and the great guitarist Jeff Beck comes in the betting shop from time to time. It's all so simple here, they call in the liquor store, and the fish and chip shop. Pay cash and go home. Now then if Bush turned up........Hospital nearby.

Good one Jeff Beck? I grew up listening to his record "Wired" w/ Jan Hammer. Highly recommended !!! Still as good as it ever was. He played/plays a Fender guitar whereas Jimmy Page prefers the Gibson Les Paul : http://www.gibsoncustom.com/Signature/page.htm A certain guitar playing friend of mine told me the Gibson is considerably heavier than the Fender, for whatever thats worth.
