Age: 16 Location: New Hampshire Bike: Miyata (Age old bike) Race? I just did one crit this year to test how far I'd come...Bad idea. Big fat DNF next to my first race (Have to give myself that it was regional championships) Goals? Race until I go to college and then race for whichever college I go to. Daily Training: I had a good routine of stepping up my mileage every other day. Got it to 50 every other and then got sick and have been so sick for the past few weeks that a max of 15 is all I can pull out. |
