I agree blondes are way cooler than brunettes, mainly since they don't have to lace there hair in rediculous amounts of peroxide to achive that sexy red / ginger look Curls are a bonus

no just passing the time, weights are still in the garage, gathering dust and extra weight from corrossion. thinking about when they where used last!

just making a point, red headed (Ginger) females kick ass! i wish i could pursuade my brunette partner to go ginger, then i'd probably be thinking more about sex opposed to cycling more often

Hiya Chris, It's me from Moston, I told you I'd keep in touch. I had some trouble not long ago. A big bottle of Bleach fell over and ruined the lot. Still things look OK again, I must be a bit more careful next time. Can you recommend a good diagrammatic book on weightlifting as I can't remember the names of the exercises now. Dear old Bernard Manning wouldn't last long here.
Best wishes from I've forgot.

trouble with, A big bottle of bleach fell over on what? or would this be a confession that your a blonde, the can't remember exercises was that a clue along with the bleach????

http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html couldn't recommend any books, Since i was trained by my old fella and uncle, but here is a good source. a muscle dictionary and the best exercises to accompany the muscle groups.

it even has little animated gifs so you can see what your supposed to be doing, rather than just a discription. I have a crap memory for names, but an excelent memory when it comes to faces and placing them with names.

but anyway, hi again...

I have to agree that long hair is much easier to deal with. I have naturally curly hair that is a couple of inches past my shoulders hair and wear it up the vast majority of the time. I don't have to blow dry it or style it. I do wash it every day and condition to keep it from drying out, but unless I'm going out or doing something special I'll pile it up on top my head and let it be curly and wild.

Washing it daily does not seem to dry it out unless I don't use the conditioner. With all the riding and gym time, I feel like I need to wash it because it gets wet and sweaty.l

I put in a pony tail when I ride and it keeps it off my neck and face.

We do not concern ourselves with the Blondes. They are weak and easily defeated. Too much peroxide has dulled their senses.

The Reds are fiery and ill-tempered and possibly crazy. So say the Fetishists on this thread. They are a more formidable opponent. Nonetheless, the Brunettes are serious and smart and we will destroy the Reds in a methodical and systematic fashion with our dominant alleles.

Enjoy the Reds while you can. They are not long for this world.

And the Brunettes shall inherit the earth. It shall come to pass.

Hey Saucy, bit of a slapper name, is that the best you can think of? My message to closesupport was cryptic in content. as for Kerry, just think of the Oirish vote wid a name like that. S'wunderful S'marvellous when the Paddys are in love wid you. How about John Levi Gonzalez Scot Mc Kerry, that should do it. I don't anything about hair apart from it keeps growing.

I never understood why any woman would bleach her hair blonde. Blondes have a rep that any self respecting woman would run over fences to avoid (dumb, flighty, etc).

Brunettes are thought of as sexy, intelligent, exotic...all the things I like a sa proud brunette!

Your post is jibberish. You must be a Blonde. Therefore you do not concern me.

The Brunettes will destroy the non-sensical and stupid also. We will spare no one. Be careful.

Please resume your medication ASAP.

what on earth, why on earth would you want to vote for john kerry or pres bush here? this is about hair color, usually if you have the option to vote there are option buttons on the top of the page, but there isn't an option to vote here? as for which future presedent to vote for would concern you, being from moston UK! i know those guys in the states usually do puppet mr blair, but we can't vote unfortunately, although they do seem to be telling mr blauir what to do in our country.

did you get there, did you have a good night? i think saucy was right to suggest "resume the medication!"
