i'm not sure of your *point*. for example i read the Wooton book many years ago - prior to doing my undergrad degree or post grad research. from memory, Wooton and the others present standard data in their books, just as myself and Roadie Scum do.

Often you appear to put a paragraph or whatever in, but it has no point. you never state how, the paragraph either defends your post or idea, or how it runs counter to anyone else, and thus, just seems like a diatribe of words.

plus i have many more on human biology, human anatomy and medicine, physiotherapy, sports injuries, massage, reflexology, yoga, fitness guides and fitness programs, Military fitness guides, dietics and my new edition lance armstrong performance program, these books are my hobby interest and past time. i ain't trying to learn, i'd like to think i was passing the time. between work and my next ride.

i'm still not sure of your point? are you telling us you have a big library? do you need us to list our books?

Do you read research papers, these are where the real good data is? I have cupboard fulls of RPs plus access to more, and roadie scum has access at his library!

Alcohol seems counter productive to physical fitness I always lose a little endurance when I have a drink I'll try half a hamburger every day and see where that puts my iron levels.

It doesnt stick in, i find it so confussing, since i have a pretty poor memory.

however when i put them into practise or write them down then i have a better ability to rememer, but most from the books that i rememer are things that i have put into practise, eg my diaaaa diet.

Now thanks to you and your posts about my poor diaaaa diet that i love and really does work for me, my partner has been out shopping and come back with brown rice and other healthy crap... and she seems to think that i should eat it all the time opposed to 4 days a week leading upto a longer rides.

Since she has been following these posts and is doing, Could you please make a point of explaining how carbo loading regimnes work, weather im right or wrong that 3 days are completed with low carbs, with maximal training effort, then 2 days on a higher carb diet with little effort on training 1 day rest with high carbs and no training, then longer rides commence.

please, please, please she's taken the good stuff from my diet. she says that you make more sense than me, but i know what works for me.

i'd be more inclined to try a varity of the following, but i ain't you.

pork liver, beef kidney, heart and liver, raw clams, dried peaches, red meat, egg yolks, oysters, nuts, beans, asparagus, molasses, oatmeal.

but liver is my favourite,
served with onion gravy and mashed potatoes....

its lovely, sorry ric you'll probaly say that thats bad, since i do have it fried to seal it and served with around 2lb's of potatoes, with plenty milk and butter. Hmmmm! diaa i guess to much fat i guess, but its good
