Since I first replied, someone posted a link to roadbike review, and
fortunately I read some good reviews.

At this point I've changed my opinion, and it looks like it will be the
7500FX, b/c I don't think I need suspension forks. At 23lbs, the FX has a
lot of good reviews. I'm done lugging the 45lb MTN bike around for now. ;-p

I'm gonna go test ride some this morning.
