Yes, but that inner ring is awfully small.

For that hill, you really only need one gear.

Inappropriate? Yes.

Ancient RBR in-joke? Also yes:

http://groups.google.com/groups?sel...4145%241%40ash-
.prod.itd.earthlink.net

Unless Gerard came up with it independently, in which case I
am suddenly very afraid.

Anyway, Gerard, this is rbr. We're supposed to be a bunch of
weenies that only notice people's quads, calf muscle
definition, and their sock height. Thank you for your
attention in this matter.

Check out all the logos. No REI/MEC gear there, eh?

She looks good on a bike - like she actually rides.

Dumbass, the thread is about SC and nobody is talking about
that except you. Get your mind out of the gutter.

Default kristin armstrong is discovering her athletic potential

there is an interesting article about lance's ex wife in the
latest issue of runners world. it seems that since her
divorce kristin has taken up marathon running and just
completed a marathon in a very good time of 3:48. now that
is impressive.

She looks a lot like the marshmallow monster from
Ghost Busters.

Sorry 3:48 is not impressive.

well being a primarily a runner and a marathoner with a pr
of 2:36 i would have to say that the more impressive feat is
kirstin running a marathon in
3:48. i base this solely on the fact tht kristin has been
running now for only about 1 year. on the other hand i
think sheryl has been biking longer than that. "Ewoud
