Hi Mel,

Sorry to hear that, you'll do better next time

I'll be riding with the club this Sunday (avg of 30+), but I'm sure that LR’s group will go riding on Sunday.
Hopefully he will see my posting.
I was suppose to do the double century on Sunday with Rhodent, but he kicked me out the team, cos he thinks i won't cope ( he is probably right) but I was really looking forward to it, so I am a bit bumed

Rhodent, how could you??

Mel we are going out but we've decided on a very mild MTB ride for a change. It will only be about 20kms. If you have a MTB you are welcome to join us. (This goes out to everyone by the way.) Let me know if you want details.

I can try and find out whether there will be some people still going for the road ride though if you like.
Rhodent, can be a little harsh I think
I would love to go on the MTB actually trying to get Rhodent to take me on one for ages as I have never done it, unfortunately I dont have a bike I am trying to source one. So I think this Sunday it will have to be the road for me

A BIG THANK-YOU to Goat for taking me out on a easy ride and putting up with all my complaints of how tired I was. Thank-you for all the info on my nutrition. I really appreciated the ride and enjoyed cycling again. Sorry you didn't have such a good ride though
