One-legged training?
Just seeing what the thoughts out there were on one-legged pedal stroking (not that one, haha). I went out for an easy 20 today and every 3/4 mile or so I would unclip one foot and practice "circling" with the clipped leg. (About 30 per leg or so) I don't know what good it is really, but hey, at least I got a laugh out of some old guy on the side of the road. :)
It's an excellent way to refine and hone your pedal stroke. I do one-legged peddaling every now-and-then just to remind my legs how to pedal in circles instead of squares.
and yeah, you do get strange looks from non-cyclists.

It can be good for rehab as well! But watch you don't do too much.
