Road training for the 500m tt

Well everyone, luck has come my way and it looks like I will pay off my road bike sooner than I thought.

Wondering what you would all recommend.. or know of others doing in regards to training for the 500m tt on the road. My coach suggested i work up to 370km a week then bring it back and work on speed/intervals later on..??
