I do not know how to read the nutritional informaion on the lab. For example, what does 35% of Ca mean with respect to a 120g of yogurt mean? is there any website to teach how to read the nutritional information?

It means that if you eat 120g of yogurt you will eat 35% of the minimum daily (Adult) requirement for calcium.
