Pasta makes me feel 'bloated'
I've been mountain biking, and attending spinning since June and have lost a considerable amount of body fat in doing so. My weight has stayed exactly the same but that's another point.

My question is, now that I've been training, every time I eat pasta (no matter how much), I _always_ feel bloated and tired the next day. This occurs without fail.

Have any of you experienced this? I dont think its an allergy or anything, but this has never appeared to be an issue until I got on the bike back in the spring!

Any help is appreciated!

One possibility is Coeliac (or "Celiac" in USA) Disease.
This is a sensitivity to 'gluten' which is in wheat, barley, rye & oats.
This is seen in 1 in about 300 white people, less common in other races.
It can present at pretty much any age - but usually before 40 - and presents with things like bloating, diarrhoea, gas, iron-deficiency anaemia, fatigue.
You would need to see a doctor to get it diagnosed properly but it is treated by avoiding foods containing gluten (ie breads, pastas, many cereals).
