There's no USCF rule to cite according to my argument. Since only your
argument claims such a rule exists, you obviously need to cite it.

But you will never do this because it doesn't exist.

Thanks,

The USCF rulebook is online. Search it for the string 'UCI'.
You'd be surprised how many times it appears. In proximity
to the string NRC too.

But you knew that.

I didn't know ScwartzSoft built proximity search algorithms along with
fuzzy logic into their bots.

Hey dumbass, it's your theory - the burden is on you to show the rule.
According to me, the rule doesn't exist. There's nothing for me to show.

It's obvious you can't prove you stupid claim. You are afraid to search
the USCF rulebook because you know you won't find it.

Hey asshat,

Take a look at "Warnings to Rider #32, Dan Schamatz..." It cites a rule
violation (Rule 4H14b). That's a USCF rule, not a UCI rule.

If the race were being run under UCI rules - as you claim - why would
they cite USCF rule violations for this NRC race?

Goddamn, you people are stupid.

Retard,

You made the claim that NRC races are not run under
UCI rules.

What you are saying is that if you are taking a dump
and can't find the roll, and I tell you where the
roll is, but you are still too stupid to find it,
you are still waiting for me to come and wipe you ass
for you.

Gaytard,

When did I say that NRC races don't enforce USCF rules?

I have no idea what you are trying to say here. I did make that claim,
and you said that NRC races are run under UCI rules, which is wrong.

It's not my job to cite the USCF rule only you claim exists. According
to me, the rule doesn't exist and that's why I can't find it.

According to you, the rule exists but you so far have been unable to
cite that rule.

That's because the rule doesn't exist and you are an idiot.

Thanks,

Magilla

Hey dumbass,

Either races are run under USCF rules or UCI rules. They can't be run
under both.

You said NRC races are run under UCI rules, which implies they are NOT
run under USCF rules. Now you are claiming they are run under both USCF
and UCI rules.

You're story keeps changing. I simply said NRC races are run under USCF
rules and you started calling me names, saying I didn't know what I was
talking about.

You are unable to cite the USCF rule that says NRC races are run under
UCI rules.

Yes they can. The USCF can adopt all of the UCI rules and in addition
have rules specific for their organization. I live in Bavaria. The
penalty for carrying a joint in most of Germany is a barking at and a
small fine. In Bavaria they will lock you in a tiny room with a smelly
fritz named Guenther who prays to David Hasselhoff every night before
bed. Would you say that Bavaria doesn't operate under German law?

That's an unfair, trick question and you know it! ;-)

You are both correct (sort of), the USAC Rulebook incorporates by
reference UCI rules and standards in certain instances.

His original contention was that NRC races don't follow
UCI rules. Which is totally incorrect. Not that you can
tell him that.

If anyone ever ran an NRC race in a velodrome his head
would explode.
