29'ers

Since 2001, over 90,000 cyclist's have joined Cycling Forums to discuss topics from general cycling to equipment, training, racing and travel or vacation destinations (especially in europe during the tour de france). I'm looking at a couple of 29'ers and would like your thoughts pro/con about 29'ers in general and the two bikes I am looking at . . . . .

The first is the Gary Fisher Cobia:

Does anyone on the forum own either one. If so, what are your opinions of the bike? Has anyone test ridden both - so as to compare how each feels? I'm planning on riding each one within the next couple of weeks but some prelimary thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
