What is the evidence that training with PowerCranks is superior to . . .

training with any other systems such as Smartcranks, RotorCranks, [insert here strange device here], one legged peddling, or just pulling up on the bleeding pedals on the upstroke etc.

Well, I was looking through my "Man Bag" (http://www.cyclingforums.com/showpost.php?p=3790173&postcount=112) for some evidence and I couldn't find any. :D

Last night as I was changing the cranks on my bike I realized that if I put both cranks on so they point in the same direction, I could get the same affect as power cranks. One legged pedalling with both legs!:D

what about any evidence that PowerCranks are better than these?! :D

Doing that with Powercranks effects your "other leg" too.... Too much pressure. :eek:
