ecuador tour advice needed

Thinking of doing a trip to ecuador this June/July. Would like to fly into Quito, spend some time in the Andes and then ride thru the jungle, down to the coast. Any advice, suggestions, help appreciated. Routes, costs, camping vs. hotels, road conditions, food, etc. We have touring experience as well as south america experience-. thanks, ws
