Bushing sizes for a Focus Bikes First Team 2007

Anyone know what the correct bush sizes are for the rear shock on a Focus Bikes First Team 2007?

Now I'm trying somewhere that might know.:rolleyes:

I've tried measuring them with a micrometer, but the size is not one that DT Swiss supply, so I'm probably measuring them wrong or they're actually quite worn. :eek:
