Drivetrain problems on the trail...
Hey,
i was up and around the trails today. I got a GF cake 4...
great all mountain bike.
well, the trail had some nice big streams perfect for riding accross.
so I did, and got ALL muddy....yay
anyways, after a while my chain got stuck between two sprokets up front..
and the drivetrain has been acting wierd on the way down... (ie. mis-shifts. Chain slip...)
what could it be. i know my bike needs a tune up. anything to do with the water?

No, more likely it is mud that is the problem. Water will not cause immediate drive train problems. The water could cause problems down the line if you don't clean the bike and make sure that everything is thoroughly dried.
