Ankle injury Tendinitos from Cycling??

I have been having issues for the past few weeks. On rides longer than 2 1/2 hrs I am having pain going down the outside of my calf. Goes underneath the outside bone on my ankle. I haven't ridden for 3 days and am still feeling an ache.

Anyone else have this happen? Bad cleat placement?

Any suggestions?
