Stopping Tissue tears

Thought i would do the sensible thing and ask on here, as we are all cyclists and have (i pressume) all suffered from this one time in the saddle.

I do alot of cycling on a raod bike, i have a gel seat which puts some of the comfort back into the ride, and yet, after long periods in the saddle i find when i use the toilet and drop the kids off at the pool^^, there is blood in the water, and on the toilet tissue. This only happens after a long cycle, so i know it is nothing serious. Just wandering if anyone knows of ways to combat it, as it is, in all rights, a distressing sight.
