What would you do to help the children in Africa who have AIDs?

What would you do to help the children in Africa who have AIDs?
Do my absolute best to give them a fullfilled and joyfull life. To make them have as much fun and joy as any other child in any other country.

Money isn't everything in life. Sending a donation won't make them better, there is no known cure for aids, so the target would be to give them a life full of enjoyment.
