Who knows the correct old saying- Front of knees hut, which way to adjust
saddle height up or down, to vice versa, back of knees hurt, adjust saddle
height up or down?

Generally speaking, if your knees hurt in front the saddle is too low;
if they hurt in back the saddle is too high.

Hurts in front; up a horrible misspelling of the honoured
old Norse name "Knut".
