Training Partner

I'm looking for a female training partner in the Cape Town area.
I don't feel safe going out alone and my male partner has become too strong so I end up cycling alone. I love cycling Tafelberg and know the routes well.
Does anyone know of any other ladies looking for a training partner?:o
