New bike

I am planning to buy a new bike. I have a choice between a 2007 Giant Yukon or a 2005 Iron Horse Warrior comp for roughly the same price. Does anyone have any thought on which would be the better of the two?

I like the bike with the better components. Shooting from the hip that probably means the 2007, but maybe not.
