What can I do with the grid line?
The grid line in WKO+ seems to be just that: a line. I can't find any information anywhere which tells me how I can use grid lines to view specific power outputs, how much time I spent above the line, or anything.

Does anybody have any information they can share with me?

Does anybody have any information they can share with me?No, that's about it - it's just a horizontal line you can place on the graph at any wattage, speed, cadence, HR, etc etc that you like.

Visually it can help sometimes to put lower and upper power range lines for intervals, then you can more easily see if you were in the desired range and especially when you looked at the chart in the compressed horizontal view. That way you can see trend in power over each interval.

Or for a race file, put in the lines in for FTP and MAP to see where you spent significant portions at/above/below these levels.

OK - if it's your own data, you prob already know how you went but when inspecting other rider's data it is helpful.

Yep, helps to mark a threshold, target, or range for quick visual integration of the data.

Yeah, it's just a handy visual aid.
