Splitting up SST workouts
Is there much of a difference between a single 2.5 hour SST ride and a two part ride with 1.5 hrs in the am, and 1 hr in the pm? I am having a hard time staying in the saddle on the trainer for longer than 1.5 hours at one time.
Darn saddle is comfortable enough when riding outdoors, but is killing me indoors (I try to stand for ~30" every 10').
Thanks

I'm not sure personally, but I know in Joe Friel's Training Bible he says that the longer workouts, with the exception of the longest, can be two a day.
