New Bike? - A lot harder than buying a car!!
Hi all from a new member:)
I am new to triathlon and to knowing anything about bikes other that ensuring the tyres have enough air in them to keep the rims off the deck!!
Apart from a road bike for Tri, I am also in the market for a new car, and I can tell you picking a car is a whole, whole bunch easier than picking a suitable bike.:(
I was at tri training this morning and out of some 30 bikes there were some 25 different makes:eek:
Interesting stuff!!
I shall battle on and have a good look through this most excellent forum that clearly is chock full of the stuff I need to make a decision.
Cheers,
AdamVW

Yeah there is so much out there and endless amount of advice.
If it is only for triathlons, go for stiff and aerodynamic. Not comfortable like a standard road bike but fast.
Keep us updated with how you are getting on.
