Im from Bolton, near Manchester, and i've been drinking it for the last week or so and i find that apart from the fact that it's got lots of vitamins it also tastes pretty good and as i drink half the bottle mid morning and the rest mid afternoon it helps me to keep to my new regime of ensuring i have a fair dose of protein every three hours. I also read in cycling weekly that chocolate milk fares well against the more hyped recovery nd energy drinks when put to test so i have also been drinking a pint of milk mixed with Nesquik powder after riding home from work.
I feel it's too early to tell whether it has had an impact on my energy levels as i have recently made lot of other changes to my calorie intake but i have had one of my more enjoyable weeks on the bike so that can't be too bad can it?
I would recommend you buy the shakes from Asda who are currently selling them for 98 pence each as that is a pretty good deal considering that Tesco has them on the shelves for about £1.30 per bottle.
Hope that's some help to you
