Radical prostatectomy and cycling
One week after the catheter was taken out and hopefully in the process of regaining full bladder control.
Not suppose to jump back on the trainer for 3 more weeks. Most days I feel I could handle at least 5-10 minutes getting those legs going again.
I have read that an issue with respect to maintaining bladder control is "external pressure" on the bladder.
Interested in hearing from guys who have been through this op and how they managed getting back into club racing with one less sphincter.

I don't know anything about the surgery but consider asking your doc about a recumbent stationary bike or similar. Maybe that would help. I honestly don't know, just offering suggestions. Good luck, Greg

Thanks for the suggestion.
I'll try to remember that after I find my existing bike a "trial".
