does anyone know if the inside of the rim is suppose to have
a strip inside of it for the inner tube, so it doesn pinch
ive only had these wheels 10 days, i got a flat today and it
was arond the presta valve seems the hole the presta goes thru
is kinda sharp

Are you talking about the Mavic Ksyrium SSC SL wheels?

It says on there website (Do not use rim tape).
