Sugino 7420 cartridge BB - Special Tool?

Hey, Is Sugino's 7420 cartride BB compatible with Shimano's (20 teeth) tool for installation? Or does it require a special Sugino tool the way Phil Wood and Campy require. Thanks for any advice, T. Keith
