Danish pursuit team disc wheel?

Anyone got any ideas who makes them, or where one might acquire them? I won't ask if they're any good, as I assume they wouldn't be used if they were rubbish.

Yes, those no-name brand brown disc wheels. Saw quite a few of them dotted around at the World Cup. :D
