Winter L3 time?

How much time are people planning to spending in L3 during winter/base months?

Last year I did L2 59% L3 28%, L4 10%, L5 3% but want to do more L3 this year.

It might be relevant to also ask whether they are riding predominantly on the road, or on a trainer. I typically ride L2 on the road, L3+ on the trainer, in winter.

FWIW - I can't imagine doing anything less than L4-7 on the trainer. The thought of any sort of LSD or L2 work on it absolutely numbs me....

None. I warm up, cool down and ride recovery durations at L1, everything else is L4+.
