My TSB is -37.8.

Should I take a day off or try getting it to -50?

:)

Just a reminder to everyone: the magnitude of swings in TSB (either negative or positive) depend upon the time constant that you use when calculating ATL and, to a much lesser extent, CTL. To be most precise, one should therefore state what time constant(s) they used, e.g., "TSB = -38 (TC = 7 d)".

I'm still learning about this metric (along with CTL & ATL) and how to best utilize it.

Anyway, I was at -75.6 yesterday after 6 consecutive days of riding (all with L4 work).

TSB = 40.3
CTL = 42
ATL = 7

But this was inside the first 2 months of starting use of the PM. So I used 50 as starting values for both ATL and CTL. This flattened out the curve to more realistically reflect what I was doing pre PM. With the starting values at zero the TSB was 53.5. This followed a 12 hour MRB race and I was shot for a week and it took a few weeks for my CPs to come back up.

My lowest TSB = -67.5
ATL = 144.7 (Time constant = 7)
CTL = 80 (Time constant = 42)

That was a couple of days ago after a few back to back 300TSS rides (trying to get my CTL up don't ya know...) and today was a wonderful day of a VO2 Max test followed by a TT (create 500J of energy as quickly as possible).
