problem downloading workout to CP

I'm having trouble downloading my PT Pro to CP 1.0 with my serial cradle. It has always worked in the past, but now it tells me it can't dtermine baud rate. When I try again, often it will just sit waiting for power meter. Any ideas?

I've not seen this error before, but i've had a whole host of errors (not just related to power meters etc) sorted by switching my PC off for 10-mins and then restarting it. I know it's fairly basic but have you tried that?

Turns out I have a problem with my laptop. PT and CP are OK.
