Cross Trainers What do you do
Cycling is the cornerstone of my aerobic fitness, but as a cross trainer, there are other elements to my exercise.

My exercise is made up of components;

1. Cycling, long rides, shorter intentsive rides, track sprinting and commuting. I've done 2 races to date.
2. Running, I'm an ex competitive runner who intends to run once a week to maintain the link, but some weeks I'm slack.
3. Weights, two displines, a set routine marketed as "pump" which is basically low weights with high reps and tradional weights, ie high weights with low reps. I also do special weight routines to deal with a shoulder injury. I'm currenlty investigating power lifting.
4. Yoga, actually Yoga, body balance and pilaties.

I use to do boxercise and body combat but have given these up due to the shoulder injury.

So cross trainers, what kinds of cross training do you do ?
