Power Coaching with RST

Since 2001, over 90,000 cyclist's have joined Cycling Forums to discuss topics from general cycling to equipment, training, racing and travel or vacation destinations (especially in europe during the tour de france). The 2006 season is now over, and it's time to start thinking about the 2007 season. Once you've had a couple easy weeks, it's time to get on with your training and start building fitness for the 2007 season. The 2007 season will soon be here!

Richard Stern Training is currently looking for four more riders, who want more power, more speed and a better season in 2007 than they had in 2006. We currently have vacancies for coaching at three different coaching levels, Classic, Elite and Pro coaching packages. These packages are for any rider, male or female, young or old, racer or sportif rider who is looking to improve and work hard. They must have a power meter for training or have one for when coaching starts. We can supply Power Tap and SRM, and offer a discount.

We would expect that our coaching would lead to a greater power output, better climbing, time trialling, road racing, and weight loss. Our success rate with riders meeting or exceeding their goals is over 95%. We work with a variety of different level riders from Masters to U23's, cat 4 to pro, and male and female riders.
