I have some great winter power based training plans online. They are based on your threshold power and include an optional weight training plan, along with cross-training suggestions.

The Computrainer ones include a .ERG file for each day that has a workout. They are a great way to really put your Computrainer to good use this winter.

I'd be interested, but is there anyway to buy without signing up for a trainingpeaks.com account and all the 'we will bill you if you don't cancel' stuff? All I really want is a downloadable pdf of the plan rather than a webpage where I'm not sure what access I get when I cancel the subscription and which probably won't print out nicely.
