Coach with Power metre smarts

Hi,
I don't think I can afford proper coaching (regular monthly payments and all that) but I would like a coach to review my current test data and goals and set me a plan for winter. Doesn't have to be near by since I can email the results of MAP/FTP/PowerProfile tests etc?

Does anyone know of any coaches who provide this sort of "pay-as-you-go" service and who are good too? I would be focussing on time trials.

HunterHi, I thought about the winter training plans but wanted someting tailored to my available time, current ability and specific goals. I haven't read one ('cos I haven't bought one) but I'm guessing the winter plans hit one out of those three (current ability).

I think I need something like consultancy as I just want a personalised winter programme creating. I'll have a look at the site.

Maybe spend a few dollars/euros etc on a good book (Coggan's).

It will give you an idea of what to do and also allow you to ask the right questions.

If you arm yourself with the knowledge it will save you time and money and make you feel more comfourtable about the training concepts etc.
