At last thet admit that coffee is good for you...
Good stuff!!
I have started training with 50% flat diet coke & 50% water in my bottles and i find it great. It sounds bad but takes great when your out on a ride
There were also reports on the BBC that it reduced types of tooth decay (but not staining) and lead to some cancers!!!
I'm still drinking the stuff (in small amounts).
Ssushi, do you live in the UK?
SCOOBA STEVE, whats with the coke, thought you didn't take or need carbs? (Is it diet coke?) ;)

Hey Scuba why dont you buy some No Doze Caffeine tablets from the chemist????
Baden Cooke sat outside a cafe bar in Salamanca and drank about 5 short blacks just before the last stage of the Tour of Tasmania. Admittedly he had the race won.
I'd be wanting to visit the loo every 5 minutes.
2LAP, I'm from the UK but living in Dublin atm, are you a UK'er???
Ssushi
Dublin, you lucky man.
I live in the North West, but frequently go to Derry and Donagal(?) with the bike.
NIce one 2LAP, not been there yet, but Kerry and West Cork are lovely. I do most of my rides in the Wicklow Mountains, some good rides up there - great scenery!!!
Good to have a northerner on the boards! I'm from Lincolnshire originally, very flat there though....

You should go Ric, cheap flights on easy jet <£30.
I did the junior tour of Ireland a few years back, that was mainly in the south. The weather was really bad (as it normaly is in Ireland!), but the racing very good!!!
